Meet Liannys Rodriguez
APRN • FNP-C • WCCFor Liannys Rodriguez, APRN, FNP-C, WCC, wound care is about far more than treating injuries. It is about restoring health, preserving independence, and improving quality of life.
As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Care Clinician, she founded RestoraCare Health Group with a simple vision: to bring advanced, evidence-based wound care directly to patients while working in close partnership with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and healthcare organizations.
Rather than replacing existing providers, RestoraCare was created to become an extension of the clinical team—providing specialized expertise, timely communication, and continuity of care throughout the healing process.
Why RestoraCare Was Created
Many patients living with acute and chronic wounds face barriers to receiving specialized care. Travel, limited mobility, and fragmented communication between providers can delay treatment and increase the risk of complications.
RestoraCare Health Group was created to bridge that gap by delivering advanced mobile wound care wherever patients call home. Through comprehensive assessment, evidence-based treatment, ongoing monitoring, and collaboration with healthcare teams, RestoraCare helps improve healing while supporting better clinical outcomes.
